Framboise Trompe-l'œil

Each drupelet on the surface is hand-piped from raspberry-tinted ganache and sprayed with cocoa butter. Inside: rose-water cream cut with raspberry purée, with a small whole raspberry hidden in the center as a final reveal. A study in patience — the surface texture takes longer than the inside.
