Commission a piece.

Standing collection items can be reserved with three days’ notice. Custom commissions — a fruit not on the menu, a different scale, a wedding-sized centerpiece — need at least two weeks. Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll respond within one business day.

A few notes

Pickup only. Trompe-l’œil pieces don’t survive shipping or long drives — the glaze is too delicate.
Lead time. Standing collection: 3 days. Custom: 2 weeks. Wedding: 4–6 weeks.
Payment. 50% deposit at confirmation, balance at pickup. Cards or cash.
Wholesale. Restaurants and shops, please mention volume and frequency in the notes.

What we’ll need to know

The occasion and the date you need it by.
How many people you’re feeding (or how many pieces you want).
Any allergies or dietary lines we shouldn’t cross.
A rough budget — helps us suggest something achievable rather than guess.
If you have a reference image or a fruit in mind, send it along.

A note on weddings

Wedding-scale work books a season ahead in summer. If your date is more than three months out we can almost always say yes; closer than that, we’ll be honest about whether we can do it justice.
